19 May June 8 UPDATED FY2026 NOFO Local Competition
The Newark/Essex County Continuum of Care is now accepting applications for agencies seeking new and renewal Continuum of Care funding for the FY2026 cycle. For FY2026, the Newark/Essex CoC is eligible to apply for approximately $12,000,000 for new and renewal projects that work towards the goal of ending homelessness (final amount will be verified upon release of HUD’s ARD report). Specifications for eligible projects, scoring criteria and the general funding policies and procedures can be found here:
