19 May UPDATE – FY2026 NOFO Local Competition – Deadline Extended – 7/10/26
The Newark/Essex NJ 504- CoC is extending the deadline for local applications for agencies seeking new and/or renewal Continuum of Care funding. With the amount of possible new funding that is available, the CoC is strongly encouraging agencies to consider submitting applications for new transitional housing and supportive services only projects. Specifications for eligible projects, scoring criteria and the general funding policies and procedures can be found here:
