As we prepare for our 21st Annual Project Homeless Connect Day in January 2027, we recognize that, given the current uncertainties at the federal level, the need to support members of our community is greater than ever.

We anticipate serving more consumers this coming year and want to ensure we are fully prepared to meet their needs. Your participation and partnership are essential to making this event a success.

Attached is the Google Registration Form for agencies interested in attending and participating in this coming year’s event. Please complete all questions accurately and thoroughly so that we can plan effectively and ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved.
