The County of Essex has released a Competitive Contract Proposal seeking additional shelter providers to support the County’s Code Blue response.
Interested shelter providers should visit the Essex County Purchasing Portal to review and obtain the proposal.
Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM
Please Note: Current contracted Code Blue shelter providers should not apply.
